Boy and Bell - a new play

For years I have been helping tell other people's stories. Plays and musicals written by legendary and unknown authors alike. Some have been amazing, some have been classified as "an adventure that happened that one time..." Either way they were stories other people thought of and created.

Now it's time for me to tell a story of my own. And I need your help to do it.

One of my favorite stories growing up was 'Peter Pan.' Not just the brightly colored Disney version, but the original J.M. Barrie play and book, which mixed some deligthful humor with dark imagery. From this I was inspired to write my own story:

"In a Mental Health Hospital, where most of the patients believe themselves to be Fairy Tale characters, two patients mysteriously vanish without a trace. A full investigation is put into play and the other patients, doctors and orderlies are questioned, leading them to tell how their stories intertwined with the two missing patients."

And now I am trying to see it happen on stage. But, being a 'starving artist' myself I need a little help to tell my own story. Have my own Adventure.

My grandfather once told me that "There is no 'if' in life. When you reach the end and look back, you can ask 'what if I...' 'If I only had...' but that doesn't exist. You only have what you've done, 'if' doesn't exist."

This is the beginning of my "IF" and with your help I can make it exist.
