Justice for Carter

JUSTICE FOR CARTER AND ZACH-For those of you who know me you know the story.  I have recently found out for sure that I am Carter's biological father.  I have been involved in his life since the time he was born.  The baby's mama and I were together 5 years and were to be married.  Thing's didn't work out and we separated.  After Carter was born the mom brought him around for me to visit, was told he was mine and we wanted to try and work things out, we tried on and off for the next two years.  During this time there was another person in her life as well.
In 2012 I lost contact with mother and baby altogether, only to find out later that she had been incarcerated and lost custody of Carter.  Courts awarded Carter to the other man whom she was living with.  I have made a couple of attempts to go through the courts to order a DNA test, was denied according to statue of limitations law.  I did my own home DNA test, Carter is my son 99.99%...pretty positive right..so I approched the non biological father with these results and we came to an agreement.  By February 2014 we would go to court and he would sign over rights to Carter to me.  I have been very active in my son Carters life for the last 8 months per our agreement, paying tuition for preschool, clothing him, feeding him, providing after preschool daycare and everything.  He started living with us full time in January 2014.  Even celebrated his 4th bday in March 2014 with family and friends.  Again tried to go to court in March to try to establish paternity and rights for me and my son.  Now the judge is FINALLY GIVING MY CASE A SECOND LOOK.....so with that being said, my family is seeking help from our friends and family so that I may help pay attorney fees.  Please help Carter be reunited with me.  He is my life and I miss him.  Thank you for taking the time to read my story.....god bless...Zachary
