Please help my Mommy conquer her disease

As you may know Debbie was diagnosed with a rare disease in 2010. Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy. (CIDP)
Basically her body is attacking her nerves leaving her with terrible pain that is debalitating ,just walking is extremely difficult. She had a flare that left her legs paralyzed. Stairlifts had to be installed in her home as she could not make it up the steps. Debbie receives IVIG infusions (antibodies that her body no longer makes to fight disease/infection)every week and will need to do so for the rest of her life. At any time she could have a relapse and there is no guarantee she would recover and gain use of her legs again.Until recently there was no cure for this disease. Debbie went to Chicago last June to be evaluated for HSCT, but did not qualify. Since her recent flare, she has been approved to have a stem cell transplant.
Her own stem cells will be collected after a dose of chemotherapy. She will then be admitted to the hospital for approximately 3-4 weeks where more chemotherapy will be given to wipe out her diseased immune system. After recovery from the chemo, her own stem cells will be returned and her immune system will be "re-set" and this horrible disease will be gone! This procedure is only being done in Chicago and she will have to stay there for approx 2 months. Even with insurance , her out of pocket costs will be over well over 15,000 dollars.
I know now there is nothing more she wants than to be able to walk without pain, no longer be stuck 3 to 4 times by her nurse for weekly infusions that have terrible side effects. Most importantly her goal is to be the Mother she once was that could enjoy activities with Danny and spend time with her family.
Every little amount will add up and hopefully help lower the expenses for this transplant.
