China Outreach Trip

Dear Friends and Family,
I am excited to tell you that I will be going on an outreach trip to China this summer! I am traveling with a team from my church, Victory Faith Fellowship, and will be working with a group called Within Reach Global who has seen hundreds come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through their ministry.
There are 1.4 billion people in China. We will be spending the majority of our time in a city called Kunming, interacting with college student and young professionals who meet to learn English at English Corner platforms through Within Reach Global. Our objective, through conversation to help them practice English, is to carry the name of Jesus Christ, and His life-changing power, to these young people. There are millions of people in and migrating to these large cities, but we are also going to travel to a few small villages for village ministry, most likely to people who have never heard of Jesus before. We want to show these people that Jesus Christ is the hearer of prayers, healer of wounds and redeemer of all brokenness in our lives and our ultimate savior. Our prayer is that eyes will be opened, hearts will be changed and souls will be saved.
We will be embarking on July 1st and returning on July 18, 2014.
I know that I cannot accomplish this task alone and I trust that God will provide everything for me to go on this outreach trip. I am asking for your prayers and financial support as I travel with this team to China. We need prayer for safety, logistics, health, great ministry opportunities, healing, people committing their lives to Jesus as well as anything else the Holy Spirit puts on your heart.
