Need to get to New York

Hi. I'm Kevin. I'm 64 years old, a heart patient, disabled and completely unemployable. I've been living alone on a small retirement.  I've developed a metabolic disorder that makes me frequently fall  down, and I end up calling 911 because there's no one here to pick me up. My best friend has offered to take me in and care for me, but she's half a continent away. I'm selling off everything I can, but I need a small U-Haul truck to get there. It's $1295. If you can help me I'd  be eternally grateful, I don't want to end up in a retirement home. Thank you in advance.
