***Update- 4 procedures later and about 2 weeks in- we are still right in the midst of things. Things went smoothly with todays procedure and we are awaiting results. I apologize for the lack of details as we are still figuring some details out day by day. There are some details that my daughter requests to keep confideantial to close family and friends as well.
We are hoping and praying that we can get her through all of this, back on her feet, happy, healthy, working, mommy again!
Your monetary donations are helping us cover some of the upfront and initial costs. With out that assistance I don't know how we would be able to get her to this point. Thank you all again and we love you!
*** Update- she goes in for another surgery tomorrow- Friday march 21st- at 9:45 am
As you can see from the photos over the last couple of weeks my daughters health has been deteriorating very quickly.
As many of you know she has been struggling through some health issues for sometime now. Up until most recently she has played the "tough guy" act and been able to maintain. Over the last week or so she has been completely bed ridden, unable to hold down any food or liquids and has been in the hopsital 4 out of 6 days. Thursday morning she goes in for an emergency scheduled surgery. As her family we are so VERY grateful that the doctors are taking such swift action in getting her better! As her mother, caring for her day in and day out the severity has had me worried that we might lose her if something isn't done quickly
My daughter has seen the strain this has put on our family and has suggested to me that her dear friends may be willing to help....
Anyone who knows her knows that she doesn't allow for others to help her but right now as she lays totally bedridden she and we, have not much by way of options.
We are very VERY happy to say that with the assistance the specialists and hospital are offering we don't need to raise an insurmountable amount! Thank the heavens for the programs they do have in place. She has done so much to make sure that we are utilizing what ever health care assistance that she can.
Finally, I am so touched to see that her friends care enough about her to be so anxious and willing to help! Thank you all!! XoXo
