As of March 16, 2014, I have been given the grand opportunity to study abroad in Beijing, China with Troy University's Sorrel College of Business this spring May 25th - June 8th. Upon my travels, I will be visiting several businesses as well as gaining a broader understanding of commerce on a global scale. I am very excited and grateful for this amazing opportunity because it is greatly important to me and my education! Please support me in my travels as I seek to gain a greater understanding of international business and policy. Donations will be accepted electronically through gofundme until May 24, 2014. I will be visiting key economic development and education institutions in Beijing, Tianjin, Qinhuangdao, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.I will be sure to post my agenda for the trip as I get closer to the date. My goal is to raise $1500 to go towards the total $2400 cost for the trip. I have also been awarded a scholarship for $780, which is also being applied to the total cost of the trip.
