crohn's disease & dental destruction!

I was dignosed with crohn's disease 15 years ago.. this disease has almost taken my life and now the effects of this disease is seriously threatening my teeth. I have a dental plan with my dentist dr. pasinski in naperville, il. dr. pasinski has stressed how important it is to take care of this problem now and a lot of the dental work has to be taken care of at the same time. on the days she works on me i will be her only patient for the day. the first 4 steps that i need to go through in a effort to save/restore only my top teeth will cost me over 17000 out of pocket after insurance. at my first session they want me to pay 5,400.. at each visit i will be paying these large amounts of money.. being a single mom of two, and working for a company (ceda head start) that may not regain its funding after june 2014 i am in desperate need of help. no amount is to small, even if you cant donate please spread the word for my cause. all assistance is greatly appreciated!!! thank you for your time and attention in this matter.

UPDATE!!! Thanks to a second opionion and a kind, understanding, and knowledgeable dentist, Dr. Konkal on the south side of Chicago has reviewed my previous dental plan and has given me a considerably different price!! I am lowering my goal to 11,500.00!!!  GOAL: To begin working on dental procedures April 19, 2014!!!
