Fundraiser for Jimmy Collins

A few weeks ago a CT scan revealed an aneurysm the size of a tennis ball in Jimmy's neck. The size and the location of the aneurysm is tricky which means the surgery to remove it can only be done by a specialty surgeon. The specialty surgeon does not have an opening until mid April.
Having an aneurysm in your body is extremely dangerous and unpredictable. Because of the severity of this Jimmy is basically laying low until the surgery.
Jimmy has been off work for a few weeks and will remain off work until after the recovery period post surgery. Jimmy's income is what paid the bills for his family of four. His wife Dawn Collins has a part time job as well as the full time job of being a Mom to their 3 year old daughter Rylie. Jimmy's daughter Nicole also lives with them while she attends College at NSCC.
We'd really like to be able to offer some financial support to the Collins family during this stressful time. Any help you could give would be much appreciated.
