Help my Mom rebuild her home

As most of you know Hurricane Florence was devastating to ENC... We live in New Bern NC, one of the extremely hard hit areas by hurricane flo. My mother lost her house during this disaster. Anyone who knows me, knows that my mom is my world, my rock. I would do anything for her. So I am asking for help for her because I know she won’t ask herself. She lost everything in her house, my step father lost all of his tools. Today we had to bring our childhood home videos out to the curb and it was devastating Her house flooded with about 3 feet of water. Swamp water, sewer water, rain water. Her homeowners insurance isn’t covering anything and it’s terrible. We aren’t sure what fema will help with at this time so I’m asking for help of any kind. I would ask for physical help, tearing out carpets and walls. Money to help replace said carpet and walls and furniture and clothes.  You can’t really put a price on a real home, one with memories, keepsakes, photo albums, etc... Any help at all would be appreciated.
