In the blink of an eye your life can change... We need to cherish the right now! I’m asking for help on behalf of my mom, dad and our family.
Today my dad Darnell Hawkins Jr 34 years old has been diagnosed with Leukemia... The worst imaginable news anyone can hear or fears is “cancer” we think cancer, we think death....
He had been sick and went to the doctor thinking only viral, the week drug on and he wasn’t feeling any better so went into the ER and to get reports like this when going into the ER for a “virus not getting better” is devastating!
You hear stories and never think it can hit home! It’s all so much to process! But today i realized with cancer and such diagnosis there is hope and faith and you see the kindness of people you have never seen before, you see Gods work right before your eyes!
The plan is for him to be there for at least 2 months for treatment at Methodist downtown, this is going to be a long road as my sisters are still young and my mom has to keep working as life does not stop as we wish it would! He will be out of work taking away from there monthly income, so this would help with the cost of medical bills. I’m asking for any help even if be, a prayer for peace, a prayer for healing, for hope, for Gods intercession in our lives! Thank you As it’s all appreciated
