Nathaniel's Medical Supplies

A dear friend of mine's son was recently hospitalized. After many tests, and much anxiety, her son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. He is in need of $1100 of supplies in order to be released from the hospital and that is just the initial cost. This a lifelong illness and he's now insulin dependent. His mom is a full time advocate for youth in need and a full time student. She is unable to cover the cost of supplies on her own and could really use some help. Any donation is appreciated.
