😙Hey everybody!  It has always been my dream to travel around the world.  In fact, one of the only things I'd like to do (other than be a filmmaker) is travel, so when the opportunity to travel came up with my school, I wanted to go for it!  One of many reasons I want to travel is to expand my worldview.  It's one thing to watch a movie or read about another country and a whole other thing to experience another country.  Some of the stories I've heard of others studying abroad is that it was a culture shock and the most enlightening experience.  I am SUPER prepared for cultural shock and enlightenment, folks!  I've got until the middle of April to turn in money for the trip to be able to go.  I've got all I need for this trip except one thing:Il denaro (italian)τα χρήματα (greek)money (english)Any contribution you make would be greatly appreciated!  You can donate anything from $1 to however much you want. The price is high but it includes the round trip ticket, the hotel for two weeks, all transportation around the cities, 5 sightseeing tours led by expert local guides in Rome; Vesuvius; Pompeii; Delphi; Athens, entrances into the Sistine Chapel; St. Peter's Basilica; Colosseum; Roman Forum; Vesuvius; Ruins of Pompeii; Delphi site; Delphi Museum; Acropolis, and a full time tour director.   And this is where we will be going!Day 1: Fly overnight to ItalyFly overnight to Italy Day 2: RomeArrive in Rome Day 3: RomeTake a guided tour of Vatican City Visit the Sistine Chapel Visit St. Peter’s Basilica Take a guided tour of Rome Visit the Colosseum Visit the Roman Forum Take a walking tour of Rome: Trevi FountainPantheon Spanish StepsDay 4: RomeOptional: Florence by train Of the many unifying wonders found throughout the European Union, the high-speed rail network may be the most impressive. Visit the ancient Temple of Poseidon, where 15 of the original columns are still standing. Look for the column where Lord Byron carved his name!
