Anthony's Recovery

There are days that change your course in life.  Today, July 7, 2017,  my nephew Anthony Alabi, was involved in a life threatening car accident on 130 in North Brunswick, NJ instantly changing his course in life for himself and his family.   While driving to work this morning he swerved off the road when he was cut off in the rain.  His car spun and crashed around a pole. The other driver sped off with no regard for Anthony .
For over half an hour,  first responders used the jaws of life to remove Anthony from his car.  All while my 9 mos. pregnant neice Crissie and baby nephew Leo watched helplessly.  Anthony was whisked to RWJ hospital in New Brunwick, NJ where he had surgery for internal bleeding.  In addition, he has a severed spinal cord, and has fractured his spine in two places.  The doctors informed us that he will need weeks in intensive care at the hospital followed by months  at a rehabilatiation facility.  My family and I have started this fundraiser for Anthony, Crissie and their 2 children.  Their daughter    is due via c-section next week, 7/13. However, the emormous stress has brought on contractions all day. Anthony will be unable to return to work.  Meanwhile, medical bills and all other financial responsibilities will be piling up.  Please send your prayers and support for Anthony and his family.
