Mission Trip to St. Lucia

Hello, my name is Jadzia Rivera! "‹I am excited to tell you that I will be going on a mission trip to St Lucia for two weeks! I will be traveling with a ministry called Frontline Youth Center, which is a part of Centro Internacional De La Familia in Orlando, Florida. Frontline Youth Center's vision is to equip young people like myself to make an eternal impact on the world. It's a ministry totally dedicated to reaching my generation, by equipping us to reach the world through outreach and discipleship. I cannot think of a better way to spend my summer than sharing the gospel and serving others, and i know my life will be changed as well.  "‹My team of eleven will be serving together for two weeks in the rural areas of St. Lucia. We will serve at churches, schools, orphanages, neighborhoods, villages, and so much more. I know I will learn so much and I look forward to sharing what God will do in my life during those two weeks! "‹My trip begins with a team-training weekend called ropes on July 4th. I officially say goodbye on July 7th and return home on July 21st. In the meantime I will be having weekly training sessions with the missionary team and raising funds for my trip. The total cost of this trip is $1500, which includes all of my expenses such as housing, transportation, food and supplies. this total is due on June 8, 2014. "‹I know that I cannot accomplish this task alone and I trust that God will provide the finances needed for me to go on this mission trip.
