My Volunteer Trip to Guatemala

I am at a place in my life where I can follow a dream. The two toddlers I have been careing for will be home with Mom, and I realized I could explore what I truly wanted to do next. Traveling abroad and volunteering was what my heart kept coming back to. I have always wanted to teach and work with children in the third world but I cannot do that without the help of people around me. This has always been a dream of mine and knowing that I am now taking the steps towards that dream is exhilarating. I found IVHQ (International Volunteer HQ) They are a trusted organization and do a lot of good for 18 different countries. I chose to teach English in Guatemala for 12 weeks because I want to enrich myself with the Spanish language and it is truly a beautiful country. Working with kids is a true passion of mine; and being able to go on an adventure and do what I love will be a dream come true. My goal is to raise the funds needed by the end of April. Anything you can give will be a huge help, whether it be 15, 40, or even more. Any amount is truly appreciated and will go to supporting my housing, meals, and the schools that I will be working in. 
I am very excited for this experience but cannot do it without the support of friends, family, and all who are willing to help me out! I appreciate any and all donations and helping my dream come true!!
