Josh's Journey
It was just a short time ago that our family's lives were changed forever. My precious boy, only 12 years old, had a horrifying burn accident at a campground, and burned 40% of his body.
Joshua has overcome so much already. Twenty days on a ventilator, pneumonia, and an inability to eat solid foods or drink liquids.
When we leave the hospital, we still have a long road ahead. For now, we have good days and bad days, worries and triumphs. But most of all, we have hope!!! We are grateful to our huge network of loving and loyal family, friends, prayer warriors, and the unbelievable kindnesses of complete strangers who humble me daily, and bring me to tears. We are thankful to God for his many blessings.
