Help me go to Camp Joslin diabetes camp

My name is Liam and I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age nine in September 2013.  I heard about Camp Joslin from my nurse at the Joslin Diabetes Center in Boston.  I am so excited to go to Camp Joslin because it would be a fun thing to see other kids who have Type 1 diabetes.  Plus, I heard of the activities at the camp and they sound very fun.  I will be able to make new friends who have type 1 diabetes who can relate to how I feel.  Please help me raise the money so I can attend camp with my twin brother Brett from June 29-July 4.  Any amount would be greatly appreciated!
