Blake's Medical Fund

Blake Wentworth, a 17 year old, athletic young man, had his first seizure in December 2016.  He was airlifted to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.  After a few weeks and numerous tests, the siezures were controlled but the doctors could not determine the cause of the seizures.  Blake was able to return to most of his normal activities while he was taking medication for the seizures.  In June 2017, Blake suffered another seizure and had to be airlifted back to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.  They currently do not have a cause of the seizures but Blake is facing 6 months of infusion treatments at Vanderbilt.  Blake's family will need to take time from their jobs so that they can be with Blake during the treatments.  I am asking for help for the family with the expenses they incur during Blake's illness, treatments, and recovery.  Any money that is raised that the family does not need to use for their expenses will be donated to the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.
