Help! Veterinary Bills - Surgery

I believe most of you know Levi or know of him because I cannot help but show his pictures or talk about him to whoever seems interested. He is my 7 year old pitbull who I have had since he was 6 weeks old. We have been through a lot together and have handled it mostly on our own. He has been my companion and most loyal loving little buddy. He is my first fur baby and I love him very much. He was born with a heart murmur and a bleeding condition that to this day we really dont know much about. All we know is that he bruises easily and does not clot well.
Because of his bleeding condition there have been many visits to the vet and emergency room. At about 6 months old I got him neutered and had to do it twice because of bleeding problems on the first try. In 2010, he was attacked by a dog and came really close to death as his blood levels went lower than the minimum functional limit due to a puncture wound deep down in his ear canal. But somehow, with the help of an impossibly hard stitch, he managed to recover. This last November he had a small tumor removed from his belly that would not stop bleeding.
Now, my sweet baby Levi needs surgery again. He has about a 10 pound lipoma that is now quickly growing on his side. Lipomas are usually a benign slow growing tumor and most of the time do not need to be worried about or removed. But, for whatever reason in the past few months Levi's lipoma has doubled in size. It is getting heavy and will soon be affecting his quality of life. It could affect his mobility, balance, or get so big that it might rupture which would mean putting him to sleep or emergency surgery.
All his trips to the vet have been expensive and I have been able to pay them off eventually. This time the surgery is following an already expensive tumor removal and I am in a position of needing some help.
Anything helps and if there is any advice on how to get financial help or any fund raising ideas would be great too.
