On saturday night Elissa Flanagan of Cecil Plains west of Toowoomba tragically lost her life in a single vehicle rollover. She leaves behind 5 young children and a loving partner. This sad news has rocked the small community with everyone doing everything they can to support Rob and his children. Elissa was 29 years old. She was heavily involved in the State Emergency Services and was 2nd in charge with the Cecil Plains Unit. Elissa has given back to the community by continually training with the SES and volunteering her time to help others. Please help with whatever you can...even if it is only $1. It all helps. Lets give back like Elissa has done for the queensland community.
