Lawsuit against Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson

Remember America Foundation is standing up with Chicago reporter William J. Kelly in his First Amendment lawsuit against Mayor Lightfoot and now Mayor Brandon Johnson for the unlawful revocation of his media credentials. Why? because Kelly dared to question Lightfoot and Johnson about violent crime, the migrant crisis and the city's economic decline under their failed policies.

Despite Lightfoot's defeat, Kelly's fight for free speech and a free press in Chicago continues. With the election of Brandon Johnson, Kelly must have his credentials restored to hold Chicago's new Mayor accountable.
