Help Mikey Hit Monsterpalooza Right!
Dear friends, my yearly trip to Monsterpalooza: The Art of Monsters, in Burbank, has been a wonderful showcase for my animatronic art on display in their Museum, and this year, while I can get there, I have had so little work that being there is going to cost far more than I can afford. My wonderful mother always pays for my roundtrip flights, as a yearly combination of birthday and Christmas gift. But she does so much, and I want to give her a break from having to fund anything more than the flights this year.
It is an important chance to network, to learn, to improve my craft and work opportunities, and keep up my reputation as a unique artist.
From networking to resuming wonderful friendships with my Monster Family, I hope to be able to raise any little amount to help accomplish it this year. Every little bit helps. And you have my sincere intentions to return your offerings as soon as I possibly can, though I have also created some reward levels with fun (and honestly commensurately valued) rewards for your donation, in lieu of repayment, you get a unique collectible or a Mikey creation!
