Hello,
My name is Pastor Carlis Moody, Jr. Some may know me as the writer of "Lord I'm Available To You" recorded by Milton Brunson and the Tommies. Due to the attention given to my wife Paulettea's condition over the past few years (needing 2 Lungs) and waiting on a transplant, oxygen around the clock, we were overwhelmed by all the needs that confronted us, (our home, children's school and other needs). We have come to a place where we need assistance quickly. God has been our source and encouragement to this point. I've been working with Bishop Moody as we transition at Faith Temple in Evanston IL and my wife's health issues have been very heavy on both of us. My employer does not supply health insurance at this time, but may in the future. We are now in a place where we need our friends, family and others who care about us to step in and help us. Paulettea made a choice not to have a feeding tube for the rest of her life and I'm standing with her. As a result of not accepting the feeding tube, she has been taken off the transplant list because the doctors fear she won't be strong enough for the surgery. We need your assistance now.
