Gruesome Playground Injuries: 2019 Senior Project

Gruesome Playground Injuries by Rajiv Joseph details the lives of Doug and Kayleen, two friends with complicated needs and an acute propensity for grievous personal injury. This show will be brought to Purchase College as a senior project December 5-7th, 2019 by Tzara Kane (director), Matt McCormick (Doug), and Elyssa Eliseo (Kayleen). This fundraiser will support rights payments, promotion, set construction, costumes, and special effects.

Tzara Kane (2019)  is a 4th-year director and former chemical engineering student. Her previous credits include assistant directing on We're Gonna Be Okay (2018), Dream Factory: 60 Most Fascinating People (2019), and No Strings (2019).

Matt McCormick (2020) is a 4th-year actor with a double minor in literature and visual arts. He is the current Artistic Director of Red Theater Purchase. His previous acting credits include Metamorphoses (2017) and Yuya (2018). 

Elyssa Eliseo (2020) is a 4th-year actor in the Theatre and Performance major with a minor in psychology. Her past purchase productions include DNA (2018), Dog Sees God (2017), and They Don’t Say Howdy In Tehran (2019).
