Kidney Transplant for Evelyn Nogueira

In 2011, my mother, Evelyn Nogueira, was diagnosed with Acute Renal Failure. Both of her kidneys are not functioning and she has gone through several surgeries to be able to receive dialysis. She has now been on dialysis for almost 3 years and the longer she is on it, the worse her condition will become. After 5 year her bones will start to deteriorate creating other medical issues in her body. She was in the process of doing all the procedures towards a transplant, but we received a letter today, March 4th, 2014, that the hospital is not able to proceed with a financial clearance for her transplant. In order for them to put her on the list to receive a one and clear her financially, we need to raise at least half of the funds within a 6 month time frame or her case will be closed. These funds will be put towards her operation and post-operation expenses. I want my mother around for a long time to come, and I can't imagine my life without her. I want her here on my wedding day, I want her to be able to see her grandchildren grow. She is funny, caring, and a loving woman who has done nothing but help others. It's time that I help my mother out in anyway I can, and I would appreciate if you would help as well.
