This is a GoFundMe for my cousin Suzanne and her son, Gage. Their world was torn apart recently when their loving husband and father passed away unexpectedly.
Suzanne and I grew up together and people often thought we were twins! They are going through an extremely difficult time, and could use some help from anyone generous enough to provide it.
Suzanne, Gage, and Rich had just moved into their newly built "forever house," and she desperately wants to raise Gage in their home. Unfortunately, without some help, this may not be possible.
Suzanne is a very strong, proud, and smart woman, who would never ask for assistance, or say "poor me," so I am reaching out to others for her.
Despite the loss of Rich, there are more tough times ahead. Although Suzanne doesn't like to talk about it, she is fighting MS, and will lose her and Gage's insurance at the end of the year. She has two college degrees, but is currently out of work, so they have no income.
My cousin is such a great person and her son Gage is a bundle of joy - he is all she has right now. Their world has been shattered, and I sincerely hope many of you will help them through this very difficult time. With the holidays on the horizon, I would like Suzanne to be able to stay in her house and provide for Gage while she finds a way to get back on her feet.
When I asked Suzanne if I could start this project, she was reluctant, as she didn't want others to feel burdened with her problems - that's the type of person she is! However, she would give her last $2 to a family in need.
Please, if you have something extra, no matter how little, to donate to Suzanne and Gage, it would mean so much to them (and our family). While money will not make the pain of losing a Husband and Father, it will allow Suzanne and Gage to stay in their home and try to rebuilt their lives.
