Benefit for Keith Langfelder

In November 2013, Keith was riding his motorcycle back from a family birthday party at Fun Spot, Orlando.  As he was going around a curve his exhaust hit a pot hole and his bike began to flip.  Keith hit the concrete very hard and as a result he has sustained a spinal cord injury to C5 and has frontal lobe damage. Keith's prognosis was not good.  He was given only a 10% chance of survival and if he made it through that he would be paralyzed from the chest down.  Immediately after arriving he had surgery to C5, the hope was for him to be able to breathe and eat on his own.  Unfortunately, the damage to the spine was already there and nothing could be done.  Keith beat the odds and his home however he is a quadrapalegic, he does have more movement than any of the Doctor's expected so our hope is that one day he will at least be able to walk a little, maybe with braces.  Keith is in dire need of a Bio Ness muscle stimulator and he needs a bathroom that is accessible for him, a chair that will allow him to lay down.  He can't sit upright because his blood pressure goes too high.  Both of these, the insurance will not cover and the cost is going to run around $16,000 plus.  Please help us get these much needed items for Keith, anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, from The family of Keith
