Love yourself

Our co-worker, Rosemary MacDonald, a single mom, was recently diagnosed with cancer.  She wants everyone to know the importance of screening for colon cancer, mammograms and pap smears.  Everything else always comes before us and we need to take care of ourselves so that we can care for those we love.
