...And Jasper makes 5

On February 19th, 2013 Jasper was born, after many weeks in NICU and a rough start we were able to bring him home. His gray blue eyes, dimples and sweet smile has brought us so much joy.  After a series of incredibly difficult choices by his biological parents they chose to let us adopt Jasper!  That is where you come in...  We need your help.  
   To pay our attorney, do DCS' required fingerprints, blood tests, and file all our paperwork costs money.  We are asking for your help in making our little man ours officially.
