Hi my name is Kaitlyn and I am currently a student nurse.

This September, I will be taking on the challenge of hiking 10 miles along the coastline from Staithes to Whitby, to raise funds for an even bigger challenge: nursing in the intense 40° heat of Cambodia with the charity 'Transform Healthcare Cambodia'

Whilst in Cambodia, myself and 11 other student nurses will be volunteering every day between Battambang Hospital and Roka Community Hospital. We will be working within surgical and children's wards, maternity care, and intensive care. We'll also support patients in their homes, provide training for hospital staff, and deliver health and hygiene education to children in their school.

Please donate anything that you can to help me fundraise for this chance of a lifetime to help people in a country with limited resources. Cambodia are still overcoming the devastating effects of genocide, the Khmer Rouge regime killed 3 million people, and left only 50 doctors in the whole country.
