Amsterdam Marathon for Ted

On 10th February 2018, one of my closest friends, Ted, tragically took his own life. The single biggest killer of men under 45 is suicide. In 2016, 5,668 suicides were recorded in Great Britain. Of these, 75% were male.
On 21st October, over 50 of Ted’s friends will be running the Amsterdam marathon in aid of the Ted Foundation. This foundation will be an organic process which represents Ted and his great passions, including sport and volunteering. More specifically, the Ted Foundation will work closely with 'Heads Together', a mental health initiative that can help prevent a reoccurrence of such tragedies happening again.
