I've been presented with the opportunity of a lifetime -- I have been accepted into the Rome, Italy study abroad program. This is an amazing opportunity in which only a small number of applicants are elected to participate. This program is essentially special to me because it's going to be my first time abroad.
Through this program I will delve into Italian culture, see new sights, make new friends all while also being able to take part in the production of the "Rome Fringe Festival".
The reason for this letter and my sincere request for donations is because even with the support of financial aid, my *Dean's List* scholarship, and loans I will still have a $4,000 financial gap.
The money you donate here will go towards my program fee and room and board while abroad. I have picked up extra hours at work and have tried to cut corners whenever possible to save up for this trip, but it's highly unlikely that I will save enough money in time.
Any donation you offer will be greatly appreciated. For everyone that donates $25 or more, I will send post cards to, during my visit in Rome, as a token of my appreciation. ($25-49 Electronic Postcards)
