John Baker's End of Life Expenses
John Baker gave so much of his life away to others that there wasn't much left in the end.
He passed the week of 2/21/14 and we (his two sons) are trying to cover expenses and throw a little party for friends and family at the beach, a place where he loved to spend and light up a cigar. Anything over the cost will go toward education savings for his 4 grandkids.
If you were around John, you knew who he was. His infectious smile, witty sense of humor and kind heart were known by many in all walks of life.
If he spent more than a few minutes with you, he probably showed you pictures and told you stories about his 4 grandchildren, he loved them so much. He wore more pink than any man should so he could match his granddaughters.
If you had a computer problem, he was there to fix it, no matter how small or large the issue, he would sacrifice his time and take the time to teach you how to do even the smallest things.
A true family man, his only vacations included making time for close and distant relatives.
Falling just short of his 60th and 20th birthdays, he will be missed by all.
