Help Hope

I started this page to help the Jacquier family raise funds for their Rescue dog, "Hope".

Chas, a Purple Heart Veteran, and Sasha are both two of the most giving people you could meet. From being active in Veteran communities, rescuing abused and tortued animals, and helping the homeless there is nothing these two wouldn't do to better a life. In fact, Sasha is expecting a baby girl due in August!
Sadly, just a few months ago, Sasha was in a car wreck that lead to her being put on bed rest and without a job.

Their rescue dog Hope is in serious need of a surgery that will allow her to walk and become an active member of the family again. Hope was originally found on the side of the road clinging to life. She had lost her sight, struggled to move, was clearly physically abused from chain wounds in her neck and was eating a pile of hay to stay alive. She was only nine months old when she had to have her first surgery to remove the dead litter of puppies that were in her womb due to her being forced into breeding before she was properly developed. Hope has already made it on a long journey toward fighting for life and still has a long way to go.

Through chiropractic care, nutrition, and love Hope was able to thrive after her first surgery and Chas, Sasha, and the Vets are sure that she will do the same after this surgery!

Due to all of the recent events Chas and Sasha are unable to get Hope the medical attention she needs to reach a full recovery. Although both Chas & Sasha have continued to provide at home care around the clock as much as possible, Hope has now developed ulcers from the stress of being incapable of getting up at all, or being able to feed herself. The ulcers have caused Hope to lose control of her bowel movements, and requires around the clock care & hygiene.

Since caring for Hope, and the unforseen events unfolding, their son needed dental work. After driving 4 hours each way to seek the medical attention 3 yr old Nikko needed, he was rushed into emergency corrective surgery. With the burden of a Purple Heart Veteran fighting for his rights (after having shrap metal removed from the back of his neck/head...this guy shouldn't be here!), daily basic needs, and now extensive medical bills piling up with a baby due in 6 months, I am asking for you to make a simple donation.

The amount I am trying to raise doesn't even touch what they need ($4,150 just for the CAT-SCAN & down payment for surgery!) but it will help lighten the burden. If we can raise this portion of the funds to get Hope at least assesed properly, we will have a better understanding of the exact amount of surgery she will have to undergo. The vet says that the sooner the surgery can happen the better so that Hope can maintain as much of her muscular capabilities as possible which will aid in her having a quick recovery and regaining the ability to walk on her own again.

I know everyone has their own woes, and bills, but if you could just take a minute to donate that $5 worth of coffee to helping two people who give everything of their's to others than you will be giving back to more than just Chas & Sasha, you will be saving a life!
