help nathaniel get top surgery

hello! im nathaniel, im a 20 year old student and transgender man, and i need top surgery asap!
since coming out as trans a few years ago i have spent a lot of time imagining the future of my transition, and thinking about at what point i would finally be happy with myself, and my dysphoria would be managable. i know this point is after top surgery. without it, i spend every day self concious of my chest- either wrapped up in 5 layers of clothes and sweating in the dead of summer, or binding all day and going to sleep with the awful tight-chested feeling most transmasc people are so acutely aware of.
unfortunately, the uk government is a shambles, and even after agreeing to reform the gender recognition act under theresa may, the tories have backed away from delivering the progress, reform and resources my community so desparately needs. this means millions of trans people across the UK are still waiting indefinitely to receive gender affirming treatment on the NHS. the UK's NHS affiliated gender clinics have both a very dehumanising application process (whereby we must convince a panel of cis people that we are 'trans enough' to receieve the care and expensive treatment we need), and an incredibly long waiting list. although i was lucky enough to be able to afford private treatment to start hormone replacement therapy in april, it is not viable for me to wait and hope that i will be able to get top surgery one day on the NHS.
although i have some savings from my previous job, i am far from able to afford top surgery (which can cost £5000-£8000 for the surgery alone in the UK , before aftercare and recovery are considered). my dysphoria is resentless and i cant even begin to describe the impact it has had on my mental health. i know that getting top surgery will allow me to feel more comfortable in my body.
