Acting Summer Intensive Funding

Hello! My name is Josie Keim, I'm a local Seattle girl and I really love theatre! When I was in the third grade, I was bit by the acting bug after getting cast in my class' production of "The Little Red Hen" (I was the hen). From then on, I couldn't get enough of the theatre. I love seeing shows, working behind the scenes, but especially love performing. So far I've been a part of 19 productions and have grown and learned so much through each show. This year, I have been accepted into an exciting summer acting intensive called the Young Actors Performance Intensive (YAPI) where I will be able to further my current skills as well as learn some new ones. I created this page as a way to gather support. My family is saving up and I am selling baked treats to earn my tuition (click here!), but I don't think that that will be enough.
