Just a crazy girl chasing a Dream!

Hello My name is Amanda Adkins and this is really unlike me. But you know what the great Eminem once said if you had one opportunity to seize everything you ever wanted would you capture it or let it slip? Well my bones are telling me to capture it. I would love to seize the moment but I need help!

So heres my story. I walked into Robaires Bakery 10 years ago! I was a front girl as Miss Dina would put it, I met my now current fiance at Robaires grew my family while working at Robiares. Met strange people who I now consider my family at Robaires after time went on.. I no longer was the face seen at Robaires because I was behind the scenes for so many years.. Long hours perfecting my donuts helping with Paczki making Lion Club cookies at occasions I would even try out the desert cakes.This girl can frost a donut but not a cake hehe. I would over talk Robaires like my grandma owned it but after ten years I guess I did consider Dina my grandma so to me, Robaires is family and I'm deeply sadden that they closed the doors. I have expressed for so many years that this was a dream and passion of mine and with the time I started to doubt that I'd ever get the opportunity beacuse they doubted I wanted it. But with the passing of miss Dina all of it is happening rather quickly where I have to act fast and ask for help.

I promise I would do everything in my power to keep it the same if I get the opportunity same great donuts keep the cakes mmm the same great dinner rolls and butterflake rolls during Thanksgiving. The thing is I dont wanna change it. I want to make sure WE perserve it, get it back to the bakery I walked into ten years ago so magical so inviting So Yummy smelling. I know we have so many other bakery's and Donuts shops around Mt Pleasant but in my opinion nothing compares!! Theres just something about Robaire's something about the people the history the memories that I'm afraid still wont be there if some other buiness steps in and takes over it. I know full hand what the bakery needs the long hours. The early mornings. I know what the bakery has been through I just want to see it thrive to have generations on generations continuing to remember it.
