Please help us save Xena

We don't wont to ask for help but feel this is the only option.
My sister Debbie's dog Xena is currently very unwell on a drip at the veterinary clinic. It looks like she is going to need to have surgery to remove a foreign object.
The quote for the surgery is $3000.00 . This is on top of what has already accumulated in costs.
Debbie has 3 dogs that she treats amazingly. She does have pet insurance but unfortunately hasn't had the chance to add Xena to the policy as yet.
We are hoping that the blockage will pass on its own overnight, however if it doesn't this is the last avenue for Xena to be able to have the operation . The only other option we dont even want to consider.
Please help if you can!!. Anything would be greatly appreciated.
