Chef Chad Dorsey Memorial Scholarship

Chad D. Dorsey "Neo Abyss" attended Addison Trail High School and was a popular young man known for his big heart, hilarious sense of humor, his love for music & poetry, and most of all is love for food.  Chad graduated in 1994 and went to pursue his culinary passion at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago an affiliate of Le Cordon Blue.  Chad made his parents Jimmy and Olivia Dorsey proud by completing his culinary studies in 2010. He then gained popularity as a Chef in the Chicagoland area by competing in local cooking competitions, catering private events, and appearing on numerous cooking broadcast and television shows.  Chef Chad also had the honor of being selected a runner up for the Bravo television series "Top Chef"! 

This Scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to a graduating high school senior wanting to further his/her education and seeking a career in the Culinary Arts!  In closing we hope you are able to donate and make this First Annual Fundraiser a success!  Thank you in advance for your consideration.
