Emergency dental implants

I am creating this fund for my wife, Brittany.  She has always had teeth problems since she was little even with proper care.  Now it has escalated to needing dental implants, we have discussed dentures and due to her gums being in poor condition, dentures are not an option.  Its getting more and more difficult for her to eat, her mouth always hurts after a meal and due to that she has cut down on how much she is eating.

The procedure is estimated to cost $46,000 to $50,000 and insurance will only cover $1000 per year.  So I am asking for your help, anything will help!  Thank you.
