Help Maria's family

Hi, this is Maria Romero.

On October 25th, the strongest hurricane ever recorded to make landfall hit the coast of Guerrero, Mexico, leaving people with nothing.

As many of you may know, (or may not), I am from Acapulco. I was born there, I grew up there, and my dad and grandmother still live there.

Acapulco was completely destroyed by this unprecedented phenomenon, and sadly, we lost part of our home. My dad and grandma don't have access to water, food, and other basic needs. Acapulco needs a lot of support that, unfortunately, the government isn't providing.

For everyone who kindly sent me a message and asked, 'Is there anything I can do to help?' there is... All money raised will be used to rebuild my home, and it will be sent to the CRUZ ROJA MEXICANA in support of Acapulco so that they can continue to get supplies for the communities.

Any donation, no matter how big or small, will be of great help to someone who needs it now more than ever. Associations like the Red Cross in Mexico are doing an incredible job helping to provide the communities in Acapulco with supplies like water, food, lamps (since there is still no electricity in some parts of the city), personal hygiene items, and much more.
