Support students in the Atlanta area by making a donation to the AchieveIt Summer Academy pilot. This 2-week program will be offered to 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students in the Atlanta area in partnership with Clark-Atlanta University in June 2014.
During this innovative summer opportunity students will be engaged in project based learning designed to develop critical thinking skills, stimulate creativity, enhance oral and written communication skills, and foster a love for learning. The projects are interdisciplinary and challenge students to solve real world problems through research and investigation. Upon completion of the program, students will host a Gala to present their research, writing, and projects to the greater community.
Any donation, large or small, will help us to make this event a success for the students served this summer!
