Bibles for Belle Glade

Last Spring Break, I was able to go on an amazing mission trip to Belle Glade, Florida. Belle Glade is a poverty stricken area with many needs, one of them being that they need God. We went down and spent a week with the kids from the town and held a VBS for them. Through that, we made memories that we will never forget and friendships that will last us a lifetime. Each day, we would go and share The Word with the kids through games, music, crafts, food and love.
This year, I have another opportunity to go back to Belle Glade. But this time, I don't want to just go back, I want to take something to them. Something for them to keep even after we are gone. The kids don't really have a way to hear The Word other than church. So why not buy enough Bibles for all 100+ kids to have their own Bibles? March 21st a group of Long Hollow Students will leave for Belle Glade, Florida. We have the power to change their lives while we are there and that's exactly what we plan to do, but when we leave there may not be anyone else to help them grow. So by me getting donations and support from you guys, I could raise enough money to buy each kid who comes to the VBS their very own Bible. My goal is $2200, so I can get bibles for the younger children and the teenagers.
I would like to reach out and ask you guys to help me, by giving donations or wisdom and praying that I can reach my goal by March 15th. Thank you in advance for donating and praying so that we can provide these kids with bibles.
