5 years ago this month the Lamarche family received the worst news ever, Sophia had cancer! For months Sophia fought and in the end beat it (or so we thought). On August 10th, 2021 after driving home from Sophia’s routine MRI they received an alert from Sophia’s test results and while reading them they new it wasn’t good. The next day Shannon received the worst phone call ever the doctors told her the cancer is back but this time it’s spread to her spin (Leptomeningeal cancer). We are keeping strong faith she beats this again like last time. Sophia will have to be in Boston twice a week and once a month five days. Due to this working will be a struggle as Shannon and Ryan will need to be with her. Any donations will go towards house hold bills, gas or whatever financial hardships they face along this journey.
