Mother/Daughter trip and health bills

Nearly 6 years ago I was diagnosed with heart failure. I wasn't completely shocked as my sister had received the same diagnosis many, many years ago. A little over 5 years after she received her heart transplant, she passed away. Doctors have no way of knowing how long my heart will continue to function, but after a few years of steady function, the functioning started to decrease again.

For years I was able to easily take care of my husband, who is a quadriplegic, but over the last couple of years, we've had to rely more and more on others. Thanks be to God for wonderful friends and family who are so willing to help.

My daughter and I have wanted to travel to Rome together for a few years, but with medical expenses, it is hard to come up with much extra money. I would love to take this trip with her, before I am unable to do so because of the health issues. I am reaching out for assistance because I would love nothing better than to be able to live this dream with my daughter.

Things have been going well for me considering the function of the heart and the battle with high blood sugars; really my biggest problems to date are really lack of strength and exhaustion. I have an awesome job, but am unable to work full time.
