Help Support Jay and His Family

For everyone that knows Jay, you know how he is a very enthusiastic person with a contagious good vibe. However, you might not know this but he has recently become very ill and is now fighting for his life.
It all began with an ordinary cough which did not get treated properly. Jay always puts others before himself and was going to work even though he wasn’t feeling well. Because he did not take care of himself first that cough turned into pneumonia, which in turn made his body week and susceptible to influenza. One day he started to get pain in the chest and back, but he assumed it was from his workouts. This lead to breathing complications which pushed it body to the edge and almost killed him. He was rushed to the hospital to find out 5 of his organs which included the kidneys, liver, heart, and lungs were severely damaged. This damage has caused Jay to go into a coma. He is currently at risk for having a brain aneurism or heart attack. He is fighting for his life and him and his family need all the help they can get.
Jay has always put everyone before himself and now he needs your help. He has always supported his family and now without him working they are struggling and can’t afford the proper care for him.
Please help out his family in any way that you can and keep Jay in your prayers. He is a warrior and we hope he can fight this, but for now him and his family need help.
