We are currently medical students on the small island of Nevis in the caribbean, with dreams of assisting and caring for others.
On March 15, 2014 the Student Government Association (SGA) at the Medical University of the Americas on the island of Nevis is co-hosting its first Charity Ball with the American Student Medical Association (AMSA).
Our collection goal is $10,000 USD, with all proceeds being donated to the Alexandra Hospital on Nevis in hopes of purchasing new operating room equipment. We are predominantly aiming at purchasing new overhead surgical lamps for the operating room.
Without donations from individuals like you, our goal would not be possible. Donations will help to sustain Alexandra Hospital and benefit the community, which they serve. We, as medical students on the island are grateful for any contribution which will assist us in meeting our overall goal. our contributions will not go unnoticed and will publicly be recognized on the evening of our Charity Ball.
