Needing Help with medical issues

So a short while ago while in Wyoming I had an ER visit with what I though was a heart attack. Since then I've had to go to the ER a few more time  followed by alot of doctors visits to figure out what is going on with my heart. I work over the road and on commission and recently have been restricted from traveling out of town which I can understand. With this my pay has been severally affected and with more test coming and bills mounting I have little choice but to ask for help. I hope to start supplementing income with banner commissions and possibly garb commissions as I can but until I'm stuck in a bad place. I'm embarrassed at the thought of even having to do this but feel as if everything is spiraling out of control at this point.
