Olive Oil Training/Certification in NYC!

I'm going on a limb and shamelessly asking for some help. There's an opportunity for me to attend a week long intensive and interactive sensory development training and certification in NY. Experts from the Italian Olive Oil Tasting Organization, along with top chefs in New York and other professionals in the industry will be training an intimate group of only 20 participants. This first of its kind course underscores the increasing awareness of olive oil tasting, uses, and process. Attending this training will deepen my knowledge, credibility, and capability to source, inform, and educate others (consumers and chefs alike!) on the importance of fresh, quality extra virgin olive oil, its health benefits and many uses.
